CasaOne rents furniture to homes and offices. As senior designer I owned the direction of the e-commerce portal and defined its mobile experience alongside it.

The customer journey, end to end: awareness through to advocacy. Each stage carries goals, actions, what the renter is thinking, the touchpoints in play, the teams responsible, and the metrics that would show it working - with an emotion curve underneath marking where the experience dips. Checkout was the low point, and that is what set the priorities.
The homepage, before and after. The old page opened on a delivery-speed comparison and stacked promotional blocks; the refresh leads with the three things renters actually ask about - terms, delivery, rent-to-own - then moves straight into categories, room packages and the design service.
How the refresh was built. Every possible content block was written on a card and sorted before anything was drawn, then sketches and three rounds of wireframes settled the order - so the argument was about priority, not aesthetics.
The themed result, desktop and mobile together. Mobile is not a narrowed desktop: categories become a two-up grid, packages scroll horizontally, and the hero drops to three short lines.
