Pluggy Notes is a notes app that replaces a Notion workspace. Every note is a plain Markdown file you can export at any time, and you connect the ChatGPT or Claude you already use to read and write them, by text or by voice. The app never calls an AI itself: each person brings their own account. The work here is the home page, the waitlist and the app screens.

Guiding principles

Three rules behind every screen.

  1. 01

Markdown is the source of truth

A note is a plain file with a small header. You can take all of it as a zip whenever you like.

  2. 02

    Your AI, not ours

The app does not call an AI itself. You connect the one you already pay for, and it reads only when you ask it to.

  3. 03

    Nothing is lost by accident

A snapshot is saved before your AI changes anything, every AI edit has an Undo, and delete only moves a note to the trash.

01The home page says the whole product in one line: a notes app, connect your AI, chat or talk to your notes. Three numbered cards walk through it left to right, each with a tiny drawing of the idea, and the waitlist form sits directly underneath so the next step is never more than a glance away.
02Further down, three small windows named like files make three promises. Say it and it is written. A snapshot is saved before your AI changes anything, so oops can be undone. And it is just files: plain Markdown you can take as a zip.
03The app's Home. A setup checklist sits on top and checks each step off from your own notes, so there is nothing to tick by hand. Recent notes follow as cards, and the folders (Journals, Projects, Areas, Rituals, Archives) stay in the sidebar.
04The daily note. Properties sit in one quiet block, Focus and Plan read as plain text and a task list, and an Active projects list is pulled live from the Projects folder. The right rail logs what Claude changed, each edit with an Undo.
05The calendar shows every daily note and weekly review at a glance, with filters by folder, so a month reads as a row of days kept.
