- Stealth startup · India
A concept storefront for a stealth home interiors and furnishings startup based in India. The brief was a catalogue that spans decor, dinnerware, linens, lighting and small appliances without feeling like a warehouse — so the work leans on photography and room context to do the navigating, and keeps the interface quiet enough to stay out of its way. Two screens are shown here: the home page and a product page.
Guiding principles
The brief hinged on three things, and every screen was judged against them.
Curation led
Sell a point of view, not a search box. Category, room and style do the navigating, and every entry point is a picture of the thing in use.
A premium experience
Generous photography, quiet typography and restrained colour, so the interface never competes with the product it is selling.
Brand visibility
Partner labels get real estate of their own — a full-bleed feature with room to say something — rather than a logo lost in a supplier list.
